Who we are:

Man has been sitting in ‘circle’ for hundred, if not thousands, of years.

Our meetings will centred around circle time. It will including drumming, meditation and sharing. This is the heartbeat of the circle. It's not exclusive; you don't need to be a particular 'type' - just a man, or identify as a man.

We will openly discuss problems and solutions to specific men’s dilemmas. Meetings will be held monthly and it is intended to give men the opportunity to get back to their spiritual roots and begin a new life with support and tribal connection.

We will create a safe environment to share honestly and vulnerably with one another and we encourage each other to explore and discover the true purpose of our lives.

Many men in today's society struggle to find meaning and purpose in their lives. As a protected gathering that gives each man the opportunity to be heard, it finds the true nature of men’s needs and desires and recognises their place in the world and their purpose in life. It offers a space away from the busyness of life.

What to expect:

Our meetings will begin with drumming followed by a few minutes silence. We then share where we are on our journey through life. A talking piece is used which adds space and therefore a different quality of deep listening to each other compared to the normal conversations out in the world

We share on whatever comes up in terms of our feelings and emotions, in a safe place, while being authentic and real and not trying to fix each other.... There is no hidden agenda other than helping each other, by our presence and listening, to become fully who we are meant to be.

As a group of men we will be dedicated to the promotion of a strong and healthy male spirituality. All men are invited to join us on this great and mysterious journey towards a mature masculine spirituality.

The group is open to all men, regardless of age, race, creed or sexuality or previous experience of men's work.

We will meet at Mystique, Ennerdale Road, Shrewsbury and will be held once a month.

£10 payable on the night

We affirm and support men seeking a lifelong connection with spiritual consciousness in order to transform themselves, and through their life experiences, their relationships, families, workplaces, communities and our environment.

We provide spaces where;

· Men can realise their innate need and longing for the support and nurture of other men

· Men can share their emotions openly

· Men can be vulnerable without being judged or shamed

· Men can let go of those patterns and beliefs which no longer serve them

We welcome all men without regard to age, ethnicity, background, sexual orientation, status or creed. We aim to be inclusive; we are open to men of all faiths and none. We respect the individual beliefs of all men.
