A men's group meets regularly in the Liverpool and Wirral area, rotating it's meetings around the homes of its members. The group is seeking to build regular participation amongst its members, rather than casual attendance. New members tend to be introduced by an existing member. When new men join the group, the existing members hold a 'closing' meeting before inviting the new member to an 'opening' meeting where the group reformulates and agrees its way of working together; this process is intended to ensure that all men are equal members of the group.
