Welcome to the Southampton Men's Circle.

Typically we start our meets with drumming followed by silence for 15 minutes or so, then we share where we are on our journey through life. A talking stick or stone is used which adds space and therefore a different quality of deep listening to each other compared to the normal conversations out in the world. It comes from the "Way of Council"

We share on what ever comes up in terms of our feelings and emotions, in a safe place, while being authentic and real and not trying to fix each other.... There is no hidden agenda other than helping each other, by our presence and listening, to become fully who we are meant to be....

If you haven't already, check out our home page for more information on this Mens movement.

Where and when we meet: The Southampton men's circle meets monthly on a Tuesday evening from 7 – 8.30pm. We often have a breakfast and walk sometime in the week's between. Men come from as far as Winchester, Blandford, Salisbury, Ringwood and Bournemouth. There is no limit on distance!

If you feel drawn to our group or would like to start another group and need help, contact:-
